Payment Options

Here at North Shore Spine & Rehab, our goal is to make your treatment comfortable and affordable

Patients have so many questions and concerns?  "What kind of care will I need?  Will my insurance cover it?  Is there a co-pay? Is there a deductible?  How can I deal with my deductible so I can continue care?  What if I don't have insurance? What if my insurance is limited? HELP!"

In many cases, insurance will cover your care offered here at North Shore Spine & Rehab.  We accept most insurance including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts, United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, Fallon, Medicare, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Neighborhood Health Plan, Network Health Plan, and many private plans as well.  We will be happy to help you find out if your insurance covers chiropractic care.    We can determine all the allowances & restrictions of your plan for you during your very first visit.

If you have insurance and your coverage excludes certain care, including chiropractic.. don't worry... we'll find a payment plan that fits your budget.  If you don't have insurance, again... don't worry... we'll still fit your treatment plan with a payment plan that will work for you.

More often than not, the frustration related to the cost & confusion of allowed or restricted services eliminates a patient's motivation to get the care they need.  In so many cases, cost dictates their neglect to get the care they need and they go without.  It's not OK!  We will make sure that that does not happen!

Here are some of your options if you need a payment plan...

*  We accept MasterCard, Visa and Personal Check...

*  We have EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) plans. This allows you to choose how many payments you'd like to make, when you'd like to make them, and how much each payment will be.  For anywhere from 3 to 18 months, we can set up a payment plan that will make you comfortable & happy so you can stick to your care plan.

*  We also offer Care Credit.  This option has worked tremendously for many of our patients.  Convenient, long term, and in many cases, interest free.  Read a little about it below...

Care Credit for your Chiropractic Care -  We're pleased to offer our patients Care Credit, North America's leader in patient payment plans.  Care Credit lets you begin your treatment immediately - then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit easily into your monthly budget.

Like a credit card, but better -  Care Credit works like a credit card, but is exclusive for healthcare services.  With no up-front costs and no pre-payment penalties, Care Credit lets you pay over time and frees up cash and credit cards for the other things you want or need.  Care Credit offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance which like chiropractic treatments or dental care.  Some people even use Care Credit at their veterinarian!  Plus, you can use your card again and again to pay for additional treatment for yourself or family members in any Care Credit practice.

• Low minimum monthly payments
• No up-front costs or pre-payment penalties
