Meet the Doctor & Staff

Dr. Pendolino has been practicing for more than 20 years.  Most of the settings have been and continue to be multi-disciplinarian with neurologists, physiatrists, orthopedics, physical therapists, acupuncturists, nutritional and dietary experts and massage therapists. He understands that there can be many approaches to someone's health and that treating the patient as a whole is much more effective than just treating the pain. Patients actually begin to understand their conditions because he takes the time to answer all their questions and explain his treatment approach to their individual needs.

"Every patient's needs are unique and their treatment will always be treated as such.  All of our patient will get the time and attention they need during their care in this office ... no exceptions."

When he's not in the office, Dr. Pendolino enjoys going camping & fishing with his family and loves the outdoors.  He knows how important it is to stay active and be able to do what you enjoy.  Therefore, his goal, with all his patients, is to help them return to enjoying their lives again.  So many times, patients have stopped doing what they love because it hurts... essentially, they've changed their life!  His philosophy is "Change your condition for your life... don't change you life for your condition!"

Lisa is the Office Manager and the first person that will welcome you to our facility. She's been with the practice for over 14 years.  She has decades of administrative, care-service and related experience and handles all of the administrative issues for the care practitioners and the patients. Working and helping the patients during their visits & treatment plans is definitely what she enjoys and does best. "A typical day at the office is never typical because no patient and their care should be considered so. Every patient is treated special!"

"I appreciate the compassion, ethics and integrity with which the staff approaches the care of the patients. It makes the environment and my job a pleasure!"
When she's not in the office she she favors spending time with her family and riding with friends along winding roads on her Motorcycle!
